People who say Indian customers are easy to work with because of language factor and comfort are either fools or act like a fool. Indian Customers are the most horrifying people, absolutely zero knowledge about anything, but tend to show that they know everything, especially our babus. They want everything to be as they like and are hell bent on achieving the same, be it wrong or right. Poor IT chaps, no wonder they succumb to their willingness. They have no options left, have to complete their sales quota.
Recent example I can relate was some of our guys were interacting with a babu who was a IIM graduate, website revamp was the task. Now Mr. IIM wanted corporate public site to look like 90s site with lots of colors and flashy graphics (without even caring much about content and navigation) and inspite of explaining him so much he was not even ready to listen and was threatening to withdraw the deal. Too much I say…..
No doubt our Government sites look so dumb.

Hi there I had in indian lady who wanted to refund on meat that she had eaten the entire contents of.so I told her I need the product if I can refund her, she then took me to customer careline and wants an appology. Sorry for her
